Terms & Conditions

PostEmAll (“the Service”) is a scheduling, publishing and measurement tool for social media accounts you already own. It is operated by Songtive (“we”, “us”) at https://postemall.songtive.com.

The Service does three things and no more:

• It stores posts you create — a caption, a title, media files and a scheduled time — against the social accounts you have connected.
• At the scheduled time it uploads that content to the platform through that platform's official API, using the access you granted.
• It reads back the public performance figures of the posts it published, so you can see how they did.

The Service can be driven from a browser console or by an AI agent through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Both paths do the same work and both are covered by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must be permitted to act for every social account you connect — as its owner, or with the owner’s authorisation. Connecting an account you do not control is a breach of these terms and, separately, of that platform’s own rules.

The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for personal use by minors.

Access to the console and to the MCP endpoint is controlled by a single secret token that you hold. Anyone who has that token can schedule, edit and publish posts on every connected account. Keep it secret, do not commit it to a repository, and tell us at support@songtive.com if you believe it has been exposed so it can be rotated.

You are responsible for everything done with your token, including anything an AI agent does while holding it.

When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or X, you are taken to that platform’s own login. We never see or store your platform password. The platform returns an access token, limited to the permissions listed on our Data & scopes page, and we store that token encrypted.

• We use the token only to perform the actions you scheduled and to read back the statistics of posts we published.
• We refresh the token when the platform allows it, so that your schedule does not break every few hours.
• Disconnecting a platform in the console deletes the stored token immediately. You may also revoke our access from the platform's own settings at any time, which has the same effect.

Your use of each platform through the Service remains subject to that platform’s own terms — including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those terms and these terms disagree about what you may post, the platform’s terms win.

You keep every right you have in the media and text you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to run the Service: to store your content, convert it where a platform requires a different format, and transmit it to the platforms you chose, at the times you chose.

By scheduling a post you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the rights to publish it, including any music, footage, images and likenesses inside it.
• It does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• It is lawful, and it complies with the content policies of every platform you are sending it to.
• It is not spam, malware, or an attempt to mislead an audience about who is speaking.

We do not review your posts before they go out. We may refuse or remove content from the Service if we are told it breaks these terms or the law.

The Service is designed to be driven by software, including AI agents. That does not move responsibility away from you.

• Every write operation takes a dry_run flag and it defaults to true. An agent must show you the change and be instructed a second time before anything is written or published.
• A post is only ever published from a row you or your agent created. The Service does not generate content of its own and never publishes on its own initiative.
• You remain the author and the publisher of everything sent from your accounts, whichever tool typed it.

You must not use the Service to operate accounts inauthentically — coordinated networks of accounts posing as unrelated people, engagement farming, or any behaviour a platform classifies as platform manipulation.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
• Connect accounts you are not authorised to act for.
• Attempt to reach data belonging to any account other than the ones you connected.
• Circumvent a platform's rate limits, review process or publishing restrictions using the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or expose the Service to third parties as your own product without our written agreement.
• Probe, scan or attempt to breach the authentication in front of the console or the MCP endpoint.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that change, rate-limit and go down without notice.

• A failed publish is retried. If it keeps failing, the post is marked as failed with the reason kept beside it, and it stays visible in the calendar rather than disappearing.
• Where a platform cannot be published to automatically, the post is marked as needing a person.
• We do not promise that a post will be delivered at an exact second, that a platform will accept it, or that a platform will keep it up.

Plans, their caps and their prices are published on the pricing page and are stated there rather than repeated here, so there is one place for a number to be wrong. Paid plans open with a trial and are not charged until it ends.

• A price change applies from your next renewal, never to a period already paid for, and we tell you before it takes effect.
• Cancelling ends the renewal. The Service keeps running until the period you paid for is over, and then drops to the free plan's limits.
• A publish that a platform rejects is not billed, and the free plan's monthly count does not spend on it.
• Accounts operated for the applications of Songtive itself are not charged.

You may stop at any time: disconnect your platforms and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if a platform requires it, or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export what you have scheduled.

On termination, scheduled posts stop being published and stored access tokens are deleted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Songtive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, lost audience or lost reach, or for a post that was published late, published twice, or not published at all. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you published through the Service or from accounts you connected without authorisation.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always says when the current text took effect. A change that materially reduces your rights will be announced on this page before it applies, and continuing to use the Service after that date is acceptance.
